Updates

02/27/2008 - 2008 Tire compounds are as follows:

Right Rear (17/28): Softest compound allowed is 2045. Other
compounds available are 2045, 2048, and M-50
Left Rear (15/25): Softest compound allowed is M-30. Other
compounds available are 2045. Cars may run this tire as Right
Front tire.
Right Front (13/25 or 15/25): Softest 13/25 compound is 2045.
Softest 15/25 compound is M-30. 15/25 is also available in
2045 compound
Left Front (11/24 or 13/25): 11/24 compound is 2030. 13/25
compound is 2045

02/27/2008 - Shock absorber claim will NOT be used in 2008. Price
cap of $300.00 per shock remains and will be enforced via existing
protest policy.

11/19/2007 - 2008 Tire compound availability and pricing is in research.
2008 tire specifications will be available once determined.
11/15/2007 - Shock absorber claim may be added as an enforcement
tool to the existing price cap rule. Specifics will be available shortly.
11/15/2007 - The 2-tire rule DOES remain in effect for 2008

03/06/2009 - 2009 Tire compounds are as follows (no changes):

Right Rear (17/28): Softest compound allowed is 2045. Other
compounds available are 2045, 2048, and M-50
Left Rear (15/25): Softest compound allowed is M-30. Other
compounds available are 2045. Cars may run this tire as Right
Front tire.
Right Front (13/25 or 15/25): Softest 13/25 compound is 2045.
Softest 15/25 compound is M-30. 15/25 is also available in
2045 compound
Left Front (11/24 or 13/25): 11/24 compound is 2030. 13/25
compound is 2045
